Pre sales, delivery ok but no after sales service at all.

The advert said “Unworn”, but I was a bit surprised when the watch arrive and the clasp was heavily scuffed / scratched , as were three of the links and case at the 9 o’clock position. There seemed to be a thin layer of oil to mask these and not like the pictures. I’d seen the clasp damage before after wearing my Rolex Deepsea and it rubbing over time. But I needed it as a gift for my dad’s birthday. I took it to the Rolex Boutique in Glasgow as I need two further links as the size of the bracket was a wee bit tight for my dad. The folk there fitted them links and kindly polished it for free and I can’t thank or recommend Watches of Switzerland enough and actually ended up buying a Rolex watch from them for my mum !!!

Sadly the reference number was given wrong. Communication was still quick and friendly

Commerciante in genere corretto, questa volta manca il libretto garanzia nella confezione, mi ha detto che lo avrebbe inviato e attendo..... dovrebbe migliorare la comunicazione con i clienti, non risponde a messaggi inviati su Chrono

Ho ricevuto l’orologio ed era perfetto! Peccato che sia stato consegnato nel cofanetto sbagliato e mancava un accessorio. Dopo averlo fatto notare, il commerciante ha subito ammesso l’errore ed inviato il cofanetto corretto e l’accessorio. Tuttavia un errore che non mi aspettavo da un commerciante serio e professionale come questo
